Description
Sourcegraph Cody is the enterprise AI coding assistant built by Sourcegraph, Inc., the code intelligence company founded by Stanford graduates Quinn Slack and Beyang Liu in 2013. Cody became generally available in December 2023 and now ships as Cody Enterprise, with the company's free and pro tiers wound down in June 2024 in favor of the separate Amp product for individual developers. The tool layers LLM coding capabilities on top of Sourcegraph's code graph, which indexes codebases across hundreds of thousands of repositories.
