Description
Momentic is an AI-native end-to-end testing platform from a Y Combinator-backed team in San Francisco. Engineers describe test steps in natural language, an AI agent turns the steps into reliable browser actions, and intent-based locators heal themselves when the UI changes, removing most selector maintenance work. Tests live in the repository as YAML and run locally, in CI, or as production monitors. A recorded browser session can seed a test, and the agent fills in the remaining steps from there.
Key Capabilities:
Natural language test authoring for web, iOS, and Android apps
Self-healing, intent-based locators that adapt to DOM changes
AI visual and logical assertions, including checks for non-deterministic LLM output
CLI-first execution with GitHub Actions, CircleCI, GitLab CI, and Jenkins integration
Tests stored as version-controlled YAML in the repository
Production monitoring with real-time failure alerts
