Description
Composio is an open-source integration layer for AI agents, founded by Soham Ganatra and Karan Vaidya, that connects agents to over a thousand external applications with authentication handled for them. A developer gives an agent access to tools through Composio, which writes and maintains the API wrappers and OAuth flows and manages credentials, scopes, and token refresh per user, so the team does not build that plumbing. Its Tool Router serves the right tools for a task through a single MCP endpoint, and the platform adds SOC 2 and ISO compliance for production use.
Key Capabilities:
Over a thousand prebuilt tool integrations for AI agents
Managed authentication that handles OAuth, scopes, and token refresh
A Tool Router that serves relevant tools through one MCP endpoint
Per-user and per-environment credential isolation
Support for major agent frameworks and coding agents
LLM-friendly tool schemas tuned for reliable execution
