Key Responsibilities

• Prompt & Skills Engineering: Design, develop, optimize, and document prompts and skills for AI solutions.
• AI Reporting: Create and refine automated, AI-generated reporting workflows.
• Clean Code & Testing: Produce clean, testable, well-documented code while writing unit tests and using quality assurance tools.
• AI Standards & Ethics: Adhere to modern AI development best practices, ensuring compliance with ethics, bias mitigation, and data security standards.
• Integration & APIs: Integrate AI solutions into enterprise microservices and platforms via APIs.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to code quality and model performance enhancements.

Qualifications & Profile

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: Final year student pursuing a Master’s degree or Engineering degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Programming: Proficient in Python with strong core software engineering fundamentals.
• Core Interests: Deep interest in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agent architectures.
• Web & APIs: Skills in API and web framework development (FastAPI, Flask, or equivalent).
• Tools & Environment: Comfortable with Linux, Git, and modern development workflows.
• Soft Skills: Curious, autonomous, proactive, clear communicator, with fluent/good written and spoken English.

Nice-to-Have (Pluses)

• Experience with Transformer models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), or agent orchestration systems.
• Hands-on experience with prompt optimization and evaluation frameworks for LLM-based systems.
