Key Responsibilities
- AI & Automation Development: Design and build AI-powered tools to automate recurring regulatory reporting tasks, KPI generation, data quality checks, incident reporting, and regulator feedback analysis.
- Analyst Copilots & Interfaces: Build user-friendly web interfaces, dashboards, or copilots that enable regulatory analysts to launch investigations, retrieve data, and generate reports efficiently.
- LLM & Agent Integration: Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and workflow automations into core regulatory reporting processes and historical knowledge bases.
- Data Pipelines & Scripting: Develop reusable Python scripts for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and root-cause analysis.
- Process Optimization: Evaluate operational reporting pipelines to identify and eliminate manual effort while iterating based on business user feedback.
- Technical Documentation: Document code, workflows, and solutions to ensure long-term reusability and maintainability.

Qualifications & Profile
Core Qualifications
- GenAI & Automation Focus: Deep interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, prompt engineering, and process automation.
- Programming & Scripting: Solid proficiency in Python for data extraction, manipulation, and automation.
- Data & Dev Tools: Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI) and modern dev environments (GitHub, VS Code).
- Front-End / UI: Basic front-end development experience (web applications, dashboards, or low-code platforms).
- Languages: Fluent English is required; French or another Euronext market language is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Autonomous, curious, structured communicator, and eager to solve complex problems in a dynamic environment.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Knowledge of financial markets, regulatory reporting, or workflow automation tools.
- Experience working with APIs, Jira, and Agile methodologies.
